Gobsmacked. I have just contacted #apple support to fix a tricksy problem with my wife’s iCloud account.
I was on hold for under 2 minutes. A knowledgeable agent walked me through the basics via really good screen share. When they didn’t work she put me on hold for a few minutes to do research and then came back with the exact solution.
By far the best tech support I’ve ever had. All this during the Christmas period when they must be bombarded by people that got a new device from Santa.
