This place is not a place of honor… no highly esteemed deed is commemorated here.
It's nice to be near this church. I drove past it every day last time I was here and kept being too busy to get out and snap it. Must ... take ... more ... pictures. geotagged
Maybe I should have asked for a high floor after all. geotagged
Think of the dolphins!
I realize I've taken this picture to death, but for the first time the mists have cleared and I've discovered that you can see the Hollywood sign from my hotel room. If only my camera could see it too :)
The only star worth snapping. Well apart from Kermit the Frog.
Just to prove I went somewhere other than Hollywood, however briefly. Long Beach was nice, not at all like the rest of LA that I saw which was pretty much a shit hole. geotagged
Sheffield is the only place I know of that still has a working Tardis geotagged
Some fucking idiots in my village have daubed swasitka, national front and C18 graffiti over a bus stop, post box and other bits and bobs. These arseholes too fucking dumb to even be able to draw the damn thing right.
In student houses all our string ethernet had BNC connectors on it. If wasn't for BNC there'd have been no Doom in our house.
Still trying the daylight tossing.
Almost. Well you can just make my hand out anyway.
He spotted me snap him and came to say hello. He asked if I believed in Jesus and I told him I didn't. He asked me if I could prove it and I told him I couldn't but I thought that it was up to religion to prove it since they were making all the grand claims. He told me that Jesus was a great source of comfort, and told him I was already comfortable. He told me that judgment was coming for everyone not just the Christians. I told him that that just made me feel worse, not better and he apologised. I told him that it was OK, and that one way or another we'd all find out who was right in the end. Then we shook hands and I left.
