I’m reading the wrong #2022review TV posts because there’s no love at all for #StrangeNewWorlds.

It’s not as gritty as Andor. It’s not as cerebral as Severance and it doesn’t have Gary Oldman hamming it up like Slow Dogs, but it’s really, really fun.

Success! Took the first day of actually letting myself feel hungry to hit the line but that’s milestone one achieved. Better late than never. A little rest and then on to the next milestone.

Found a lovely little free animation on a helpful site and thought “that’s really simple, I bet I could learn just enough #SwiftUI animation to reproduce it.” Spent an hour or so doing just that and felt very accomplished.

Found out 2 days later what Lottie is and how I'd blithely ignored the whole purpose of https://lottiefiles.com

Still, learning something new instead of lobbing in yet another library is probably a good thing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Wiped and reinstalled my Mac to fix a python problem (which, thank God, it appears to have done). I think I've got all the essentials.
