This is just embarrassing.

1. The EU did 'negotiate and conclude an agreement' but then we rejected it.

2. If the EU were obliged to offer something we ratify, why not hold out for the truly unreasonable? Demand they pay us to leave. They'd have to offer that deal.

Get a grip.
